If you’ve ever woken up on Monday feeling like Jigglypuff/a pufferfish, then you’re not human I envy you. If, however, you’re like the most of us, it seems there’s a solution: a 24-hour fast (of sorts).

I don’t recommend cutting food completely, but a modified version could be worth a try. My typical indulgent weekend recovery move: lots of water with lemon, fresh green veggie juice, veggies galore, and a nice spin sesh.
